George and Tammy Conway opened Wat Po Thai Spa with the goal of providing exceptional healing to enhance one’s health using Thai Massage ("the practical expression of loving kindness").
Hailing from Thailand, Tammy was trained in the discipline of Thai Yoga Bodywork, a Buddhist form of physiotherapy, developed over 2,500 years ago. She has always worked by humanizing her services using the deepest feelings from her heart. Tammy trains all her therapists in the same way. This ensures that every client receives the best personalized healing experience they'll ever have.
Anyone who needs alleviate muscle aches and pain caused by today’s stresses, or those brought on by life’s many activities, will find comfort and relief at Wat Po Thai Spa. The Spa provides many methods of massage for their clients. Traditional Thai Massage and Thai Combo Massage are the Spa’s specialties.
After opening their first Wat Po Thai Spa in West Los Angeles in 2005, George and Tammy began an expansion so that they could provide therapeutic healing services to more communities. The Spa opened their second location in West Hollywood in 2008. By 2017, they had expanded to six locations throughout California, from San Diego to Concord.
