Nelson Nigel, the CEO, and founder of Kidmoto technologies has developed a service called Kidmoto that will help the children in New York to ride safely. The project launched on crowdfunding platform Indiegogo is created considering the fact that most of the car services and taxis do not provide fully secured car seats for small children for New York City airport transportation. The Kidmoto app connects parents to a network of professionally trained Kidmoto certified drivers that provide installed car seats for NYC airport taxi and car transportation.
Parents can now relax during their airport transportation knowing that their kids are safe and secure with specially installed seats for them. This is made true by Kidmoto Technologies that started in New York City in November 2016 to bring a solution to the parents with small children who are concerned about the safety of their child during airport transport. The aim of Kidmoto is to provide accessible and safe airport taxi transportation for families with small kids by building a network of drivers that offer professionally secured car seats for safe airport transportation. Kidmoto also provides Kidrent, an add-on service for parents through which they can rent strollers and Pack N Play areas in New York City.
Kidmoto is the brainchild of Nelson Nigel, a serial entrepreneur, and innovator who had his fair share of hardships in life. Born in a small village in Guyana, he moved to New York along with his family and faced many challenges of poverty, immigration, and even a near-death experience when he got hit by a moving express subway train Queens, NY. After recovering from the setbacks, he went on to attend Queens College and became a securities professional. He soon quit his job to be his own boss and chose to become an entrepreneur. Despite being failed for thousands of times, his passion to innovate never got affected which ultimately led him to create Kidmoto technologies.
Kidmoto provides a much-needed solution to parents with small kids who travel to and from the NYC airports. The Indiegogo project for Kidmoto aims to raise $50,000 which will be used for development and marketing of the project. If the goal is met, Kidmoto also plans to expand its network to major cities in the United States.
