Rhinoplasty is still one of the most common cosmetic procedures performed today. Unlike many other cosmetic procedures it is considered one of the most difficult, and many cosmetic surgeons simply will not perform due to the difficulty. Unlike other cosmetic procedure the rhinoplasty requires a bit of artistry and sculpting.
