Manhattan, New York - 21st March, 2018 - Indian Social Institute collaborated with NeoDocto Foundation, USA to fight against malaria disease in India. Dr. Denzil Fernandes S J, Director of Indian Social Institute joined hands with Madhukar Sanneerappa, Global President and CEO of NeoDocto Inc. to be a part of NeoDocto malaria initiative. Madhukar informed that, NeoDocto strives to create value to the society with a wide range of healthcare services on NeoDocto mobile healthcare app and aims to eradicate malaria disease through ‘NeoDocto Malaria Eradication Programme’.
Malaria is a major disease spread by mosquitoes and caused by a parasite. It has a wide spectrum of symptoms. After the bite by an infected mosquito, it may take seven to thirty days before incubation period. The use of mosquito repellents, nets, coils, creams, right clothing to cover the body can prevent from mosquito bite. The disease need to be treated with an early diagnosis and treatment without any delay.
