Lisa Richardson, a systems product engineer at Hytrol, was recently highlighted in Hytrol’s Employee Spotlight, a monthly blog post series highlighting one of Hytrol's employees. Hytrol's company culture is fueled by its dedicated employees. Richardson’s job responsibilities include reviewing orders, purchasing long lead items and assisting other designers to maintain a consistent design throughout a specific system.
“It is exciting to see new ideas and technology work together to create efficient solutions for moving products,” Richardson said. “I love to multitask and to help others. I may have a plan for that work day, but it usually changes. I never get bored!”
Richardson is from Swifton, AR and currently resides in Paragould, AR with her husband, Brian and their three boys, Forrest, Silas, and Barrett.
