The mini frequency drive launched by our company belongs to the IGBT single AC frequency inverter. The mini frequency drive uses discrete IGBT single as power devices instead of integrated modules. This design demonstrates unique advantages in specific application scenarios.
1. In terms of cost and flexibility, our mini frequency inverters have a cost advantage at the component level, with lower component costs that help reduce the overall product price. At the same time, they support flexible power configuration, avoiding cost waste caused by excessively high rated power of modules.
2. In terms of performance and reliability, the mini AC frequency drive can reduce distributed capacitance and inductance by optimizing layout, thereby enhancing high-frequency performance; the IGBT single device process is relatively mature, with good quality consistency, and it performs outstandingly in impact resistance, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions.
3. In terms of design and heat dissipation, designers can lay out wiring reasonably according to the structure to enhance the independence of heat dissipation channels, and optimize the layout of panel boards to reduce the overall temperature rise of the entire machine. This allows for higher power density under the same volume and improves the accuracy of protection functions.
4. In terms of applicable scenarios, our mini frequency inverters have strong competitiveness in the low-power field of frequency inverter. They are smaller in size, and offer better quality, and can be simplified into low-cost non-standard frequency converters to meet specific industrial needs.
Currently, the power of mini frequency inverter on the market usually ranges from 0.75kW to 5.5kW, such as 0.75kW AC drive, 1.5 kW AC drive, 2.2kW AC drive, 3.0kW AC drive, 4.0kW AC drive and 5.5kW AC drive. However, to meet more customer needs, our mini frequency inverters have been developed up to 15kW, such as 7.5kW AC drive, 11kW AC drive and 15kW AC drive.
