1.ZKM23 Flocking Machine
This is a star product independently developed and launched by our company. It has been very popular with domestic and international customers in recent years, providing more style options for the production of Fancy Yarns. Using the latest microcomputer control technology, it can achieve single-spindle control, with rich functions, and can be used for six purposes (flocking yarn, yarn). Sales volume exceeds 30,000 spindles, and it has received consistent praise from customers.
2.FC479 Long and Short Fiber Universal Roving Frame
This model can handle both long and short fibers, suitable for fiber lengths of 38mm-102mm, covering cotton, wool, hemp, and various artificial fibers below 102mm, better meeting the diverse market demands of today.
3.ZK1430 Raising Machine
Suitable for raising various yarns, especially high-count Fancy Yarns. It was successfully sold on the second day of the exhibition.
4.ZKM18 Sanding (brushing)Machine
Suitable for sanding (brushing) treatment of wool and various synthetic fiber fancy yarns and traditional yarns. It can significantly improve the fluff effect, appearance quality, and feel of the yarn. It has a market share of over 80% in high-end Brushed Yarn production factories and is one of our star products. It was pre-ordered by customers on the second day of the exhibition.
5.ZKY24 Pressing Machine
At this exhibition, our company exhibited the ZKY24 high-precision pressing machine, which can be adapted to twisting machines, covering machines, flocking machines, and other equipment, attracting widespread attention on site.
