Knightdale, N.C. - July 31, 2018 - Thursday, August 02, 2018, will be a historic day in Knightdale, North Carolina, as the community welcomes the Liaoyuan Municipal Government to the Official Welcome Reception for Liaoyuan Friendship Cities holding August 02, 2018, at Hampton Inn & Suites 405 Hinton Oaks Blvd, Knightdale N. C. 27545 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
“Knightdale is proud to establish a Friendship City with the City of Liaoyuan,” said Knightdale Mayor James Roberson. “By hosting this visit, it is our hope to create both economic development and educational opportunities that will benefit both cities. Knightdale is excited in developing this partnership with the City of Liaoyuan.”

The aim of the visit and event is the establishment of a New Friendship Cities Exchange between Knightdale, N. C., and Liaoyuan community of China to promote Trade, Investment, Sports, Educational and Cultural Values.
Before this delegation, friendly interactions have started between officials of the two communities to work out areas of meaningful cooperation between the two cities. The meeting is hoped to be a forerunner to a healthy collaboration between Knightdale, N. C. and the Liaoyuan City of China.
The business delegation is expected to foster greater cooperation and open social, business and cultural collaboration among the people and strengthens current healthy relationships among the people of the two friendly cities.
As the city of Knightdale hosts the Chinese delegates, Mayor James Roberson & Mr. James Montague heartily welcomes the Chinese delegate to our southern hospitality.
