News highlights:
• Gift of Smiles is a free dental day held this year on February 20th at our Northwest dental offices.
• In total, Smiles Dental gave $150,505 total in free dental care and took care of 350 patients in just one day.
• Since the inception of Gift of Smiles, Smiles Dental has donated nearly $585,000 in free dental services to the communities we serve throughout Oregon and Washington.
Smiles Dental played host to a Free Dental Day at each of their locations during their annual Gift of Smiles effort on February 20th. Residents of the communities being served were able to schedule a one hour appointment for either a cleaning or restorative dental work. The company created Gift of Smiles for the sole purpose of improving the lives and oral health within the communities served.
Jenny, one of the recipients of Gift of Smiles commented on her experience:
"I just want to send a giant thank you to all of you for hosting your free dental clinic. To take time out of your life and to share your amazing craft to help others is so truly wonderful! I called on behalf of a loved one who doesn't have the privilege of dental insurance. He left your office smiling with pride and so very grateful for the confidence you helped restore in him.
