Mr. Soon-Shiong has previously been director of Lambert and Sons Incorporated Wealth Management Division, the business serving Lambert and Sons Incorporated affluent customers. He will continue to report to Gordon Ozawa, director of Consumer & Community Relations.
Ryan Lee, currently director of the Consumer Relations, will be leaving Lambert and Sons Incorporated to become President of a large investment bank. Mr. Lee has worked at Lambert and Sons Incorporated since its inception and has managed the Consumer Relations. He will stay on through a short transition to Mr. Soon-Shiong.

Barry and Ryan have been close partners and friends for several years, and we expect a seamless transition as we bring these businesses under Barry's leadership."

Mr. Soon-Shiong came to Lambert and Sons Incorporated from a top financial player where he managed their brokerage business. He graduated from Singapore University and lives Hong Kong with his wife and children.
