The single is an Electronic Dance Music (EDM) track with soulful vocals and was released on October 10, 2014 on Digi Pluggen in the Netherlands and will be release worldwide on October 27, 2014, with the video release on the same day on Vevo.
Khiara is a Bahamian artist who is based in the US. This former Miss Bahamas and a contestant in the 2009 Miss Universe competition. She is a versatile Neo Soul, Contemporary Pop singer and songwriter who is now embarking on her solo career. Khiara is the featured artist and songwriter for her debut single, Are You the One. Khiara gained popularity on the radio station Radio Diego in Spain, Netherlands and Sweden. The Track reached the nr 14 position at the Chartbase top 100 in Denmark with the original version of the song Are You The One. The remix of Are You the One is a high energy blend of Top 40 pop dance music with a strong underlying Caribbean rhythm. Khaira has collaborated with DJ Mirko B, Italy’s number one dance music DJ, on this dynamic high energy dance track.
