STEPS Institute for Management and Learning, the organization’s educational component, is currently rolling out its subscription coaching service—Leadership LinkTM, nationally. Leadership LinkTM provides coaching and leadership development to men and women who are seeking to grow their leadership and management skills, whether they are operating their own business, employed in a leadership capacity, or want to prepare to be self-employed. The service connects clients to industry leaders, provides a platform for peer to peer learning, shares insights during coaching sessions, and challenges its clients to think outside of the box to address contemporary leadership issues.
