Sniffer is the first mood based activity search tool that seeks out local businesses who have fun activities to do and deals based on the user’s mood. It is currently available for Delhi NCR and with more cities in the upcoming versions. The app operates as an efficient entertainment planning tool for people looking to fill their free time with fun activities. Unlike using a search engine, users avoid keywords and use various destination categories to narrow down their choices for entertainment.
“When people do random searches online, they aren’t necessarily going to find the activity where they will have the most fun or end up finding nothing with so much crumbled irrelevant data online,” said Sniffer Founder Jay Deep Sharma. “A simple web search will show them locations that have mastered SEO, which pops up on the first page but may be less relevant to what the searcher really wants. This limits the number of initial choices from the start. We’re showing them what they really want to know, efficiently.”
Sniffer uses an intuitive platform to help users not only identify and locate new establishments, but also to make decisions. There are three main mood categories that can be selected, including: Parties, Musical and Outdoor. So if the mood is for partying, dancing, music concert, adventure sports, gaming or some killer karaoke, sniffer will sniff out the best place to be!
Specific location details are another key feature of the app which makes sure the user is at the hottest place in the town. Users are a click away from information regarding the average cost of a beer, amount of patrons, dress code, cover charge and they are building 360 views of venues to give better visual view helping users make the best decision for them and can use filter feature to narrow activities on these parameters. Users will even be updated about the latest daily deals and specials.
The application also offers realtime suggestions. By simply clicking on the “Happening Now” icon, users can find local activities taking place in their area right then. People can reserve seats, book a cab for pickup and drop off all from within the app!
In addition, just with a single tap, user can check out the Buzzing feature of the app, which suggests personalized trending activities happening around the user based on their previous chosen activities on the app.
