CURE is dedicated to conquering childhood cancer through funding cutting-edge research and through supporting patients and their families. Research is the critical path to the cure and is the hope for the families, and CURE has committed $2.5 million toward cutting-edge research this year. CURE’s Patient and Family Support Programs are aimed to address the critical and urgent needs of cancer patients and their families. Family Haven is a wonderful assistance program that offers refuge to women and children who have been victim to domestic violence. Family Haven is an advocate for victims and families of domestic violence providing shelter, programs and community education to end the cycle of violence. Their services are free of charge to all victims of domestic violence regardless of age, sex, race, and creed, marital and socioeconomic status.
