Looking back at the past year, we're truly proud that our CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication services have helped clients across various industries get their projects off the ground and over the finish line. Whether it was early-stage prototypes or full-scale production runs, our customers have time and again recognized us for consistent quality, straightforward communication, and flexible manufacturing support. Over the past 12 months, we've manufactured over 5,000,000 precision components, covering CNC-milled parts, turned parts, Injection Molding parts and custom sheet metal assemblies. These parts have found their way into a wide range of applications, from industrial equipment to automotive components. No matter the size of the project, big or small, we've stuck to our core promise: meticulous attention to detail, rigorous quality control, and on-time delivery.
Beyond production, to meet our customers' supply needs, we continuously upgrade our equipment, raise inspection standards, and optimize production planning to accommodate urgent orders, small-batch projects, and highly customized requirements. In September of this year, we encountered a Vietnamese client who wanted to use our laser cutting services to process industrial pallets. These pallets needed to be shipped back to Vietnam for welding. During this process, the cut edges of the Q235 metal sheet were prone to oxidation.
Considering this, we offered the client several ways to prevent oxidation. We purchased a mixed gas equipment to assist in the cutting process, reducing the oxidation level of the 20mm Q235 sheet, and applied anti-rust oil to the edges before shipment. The client was very satisfied with our solution and has continued to cooperate with us since. We also gained valuable service experience through this collaboration.
