Canada Visa For South Korean, Israeli, Croatian and Slovak Citizens

CANADA VISA FOR TOURISTS

Millions of visitors and tourists flock to Canada each year to visit friends and family or simply to experience Canada's natural beauty. Visiting Canada has never been easier since the Canadian government introduced the fast and streamlined process to apply for an electronic Travel Authorization or Canada Visa online. Although you are not allowed to work on a Canadian visitor visa, you can travel throughout Canada for tourism and leisure purposes. The Canada Visit Visa is a simple visa application that gives you the opportunity to visit Canada for up to 6 months. Single-entry visas and multiple-entry visas are the two types of Canada visas available in Canada. Foreign nationals can only enter Canada once on a single-entry visa. A multiple-entry visa allows the holder to enter and exit the country as many times as they wish for as long as the visa is valid. Applicants who require a visitor visa to enter Canada can apply online, on paper, or in person at the Visa Application Center (VAC).

Requirements For Tourist Visa Of Canada

  • A valid passport with an expiry date that is after six months or more.
  • Minimum 2 recent passport size photos
  • Documents that prove you have enough ties to your home country.
  • Financial statements that prove you have enough funds to support your stay in Canada
  • A letter of invitation from your relatives if you are planning to stay with them

CANADA VISA FOR SOUTH KOREAN CITIZENS

Only travelers entering Canada by air may apply for an electronic travel authorization for Canada. Canada's Immigration Service began using the eTA in 2015 to assess the eligibility of foreign visitors to Canada and to expedite the eTA application process. The eTA for South Korean citizens is intended for visitors traveling to Canada for tourism, business purposes, transit through Canada to another destination, and to Canada for medical treatment or consultation. South Korean passport holders can travel to Canada under the Canadian visa waiver. This means that you do not need a visa to visit Canada. The Canadian eTA is available to citizens of South Korea. As a replacement for the visa, Canada has introduced the Electronic Travel Authorization (Canadian eTA online). The eTA allows Canadian authorities to pre-screen foreign travelers and makes it easier for South Koreans to enter Canada. Travelers may stay up to 6 months during each trip and may enter Canada multiple times within a 5-year period. The Immigration Service will record the length of stay when the traveler arrives at the border and the expiry date will be written on the passport. The eTA application for South Korean citizens must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to travel to ensure the document is processed and the eTA is issued before you travel.

CANADIAN ETA REQUIREMENTS FOR SOUTH KOREAN CITIZENS

  • A South Korean passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
  • A valid credit or debit card to pay for the eTA fee
  • A current email address to receive the eTA in their Inbox.

CANADA VISA FOR ISRAELI CITIZENS

The extent of Canada's natural beauty, from mountains and glaciers to remote lakes and forests, is nearly unmatched in the world. But Canada's allure isn't just about nature. Canada has cosmopolitan cities that are clean, safe, friendly and multicultural. Citizens of Israel must apply for a Canada eTA visa to enter Canada for tourism, business, transit or medical visits of up to 90 days. Israeli travelers traveling to another destination via a Canadian airport can use the Canadian eTA for transit. The Canada visa is not optional, but a mandatory requirement for all Israeli citizens traveling to the country for short stays. As of August 2015, an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is required for travelers visiting Canada for business, transit, or tourism for less than six months. Israeli travelers should note that the Canadian eTA is electronically linked to the passport used to complete the application. The Canadian eTA is valid for 5 years or until the Israeli citizen's passport expires. This is a multiple entry visa waiver and can be used for any number of trips within the 5-year period. The maximum duration of each trip is 6 months. This visa waiver system allows citizens of Israel and some other countries to easily obtain travel authorization without having to visit a Canadian embassy or consulate.

CANADA VISA FOR CROATIAN CITIZENS

As a Croatian, you do not need a visa to enter Canada. The reason for this is that citizens of Croatia are exempt from applying for a Canada visa. On the other hand, if you are traveling by plane, you must apply for an ETA for Canada. The Canadian government introduced the Canadian eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) in 2016 to facilitate entry for foreign visitors. Croatian citizens are required to apply for a Canada eTA visa to enter Canada for short-term for general tourism, business, transit or medical purposes. The Canadian government has published a list of countries whose citizens can enter the country without a standard visa. Croatians are among the visa-exempt citizens who can visit Canada and apply for the Canadian eTA. This is an online travel permit. It is valid for 5 years and grants Croatian citizens multiple entries with a permitted stay of up to 6 months at each visit. Croatian passport holders can apply for the Canadian eTA from the comfort of their home or office by accessing the online application form. The entire process takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

CANADIAN ETA REQUIREMENTS FOR CROATIANS

  • Have a bio-metric passport compatible with the eTA for Canada
  • A valid email address to receive the eTA in their Inbox.
  • You can use a debit or credit card to pay for the eTA.

CANADA VISA FOR SLOVAK CITIZENS

Slovaks are among the nationalities that do not require a visa to enter Canada. The Canadian government introduced this online travel authorization for selected nationalities in 2016. The entire process of applying for and obtaining valid entry into Canada will be significantly faster and more convenient. Slovak passport holders are eligible to obtain the Canadian eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization). Slovak citizens must apply for a Canada eTA visa to enter Canada for tourism, business, transit or medical purposes. The Canadian eTA is electronically linked to the holders' passports. They can use this Electronic Travel Document for multiple visits within its validity period and must plan that none of their visits will exceed 180 days. Slovak passport holders who are interested in moving to Canada for a more stable period and who are interested in full-time employment or academic opportunities should note that the eTA does not cover them. For this purpose, they need to arrange a visit to the Canadian Embassy and request more information. Eligible Slovak candidates can access and complete the Canadian eTA application form, which typically takes less than 30 minutes.
