- Madan Lal, Executive Chef
Arlington, VA - Aroma a Fine Indian Cuisine, known for creating comfort Indian food that reminds guests of India, is now launching their winter menu to embrace the cool, chilly months ahead. Aroma’s new menu will offer seasonally inspired cuisine, thoughtfully prepared by Executive Chef Madan Lal and his team of culinary experts who only work with the highest quality of fresh ingredients available in their local market.
“The new menu went through a few taste tests and changes. We wanted to use the everyday American cuisine items like the salmon and the lobster and highlight them with exotic Indian spices,” says Chef Madan Lal who has worked at Aroma Restaurant since 2001. “We carefully crafted the new dishes like the “Egg Drop Chicken Corn Soup,” “Pudhina (mint) Kofta Masala,” and “Chicken Banjara Kabob” for the winter season in the Washington Metropolitan area.”
The new winter menu will highlight the best of Aroma while showcasing an irresistible array of newly launched Indian dishes that will give guests a wider variety of options to choose from. These new menu items are sure to impress with their authenticity and please any palate with a fusion of flavors. The new menu is scheduled to debut at a VIP tasting event in early November.
