Los Angeles, CA - The 6th Annual New Media Film Festival is set to unspool Tuesday and Wednesday -June 9-10, 2015 within the historical, multi-screen Landmark Theater at 10850 W. Pico Blvd in the heart of Los Angeles, California 90064. As its name suggests the ‘Landmark’ venue has earned an enviable reputation as one of the few state-of-the art theaters that can project 35mm to 3D and all formats in between under one roof. Audiences will be engaged and inspired in an open forum with top entertainment innovators engaged in a robust exchange of ideas with filmmakers, content distributors and investors. With attendance expected in the 1000’s' the New Media Film Festival presenters, panelists, participating guests and a requisite number of celebrities are promised a stellar program that will outshine previous year’s.

Tuesday-June 9 at 11AM the New Media Film Festival debuts with the Web Series Superstar Panel that includes a directors 'tell all' and an insider’s ‘reveal’ into ‘the new frontier of web- based episodic series’. Moderated discussions will focus on "what content works and what does not and why’?" according to Frank Chindamo, Fest Moderatior and CEO of Fun Little Movies. He has earned a distinguished reputation as the force behind comedic “Advertainment” as evidenced in FLM’s Petco, Walmart & Best Buy productions. As a recipient of over 30 awards; Chindamo was featured in profiles appearing in Forbes Magazine, Los Angeles Times and the Wall St. Journal, New York Times, CNN & USA Today.
Phil Ranta COO, of Collective Digital Studio will appear on the panel as a talent manager and developer of products for Rhett & Link, Epic Meal Time, and FRED. Ranta has enjoyed tenured positions as VP of Networks that included Fullscreen, Inc. with 5 billion monthly views.
Also appearing on the NMFF Web Series Super Panel is Emmy Winner, Jenni Powell, who is credited with lifting the bar on innovative online communities that originated with her cult classics “Nobody’s Watching” and “lonelygirl15”. Jason has hosted and produced for both the Game Show Network & America's Funniest Videos. He is currently in production on his web series, ”Yes, Vacancy”.
Rounding out the panel is George T. Kimmel IV, a preeminent senior producer at Maker Studios a Walt Disney Company, the worlds leading provider of short form content. Producing for YouTubes' biggest stars for the past 4 years, George has acquired an intimate knowledge of digital media and it's impact on todays culture.

Goyal will be assessing startups in the digital marketing arenas that include Retail, Healthcare, Gaming, and Hospitality. As an Angel Investor he has invested in Vriti, Fanminder, Admaxim, Appgravity, Gameloot, Raffity, Ebsavvy among others.
Brian Dunphy, a Qualcomm executive for over a decade has held positions across the company's diverse mobile technology portfolio; including involvement with Gimbal since its inception in Qualcomm Labs. He was pivotal in the development of the BREW ecosystem, strategic finance for Globalstar satellite communications business. Prior to Qualcomm, Brian spent more than five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Steven G. Kaplan, will weigh in from the helm of the Rainstorm family of companies that include Rainstorm Music, Rainstorm TV, Rainstorm Management and Launchpad Releasing.
