Orlando, FLORIDA - DEC 30, 2014 - Austin Rose is educating people on where the 21st century toxins are hiding in their FDA approved "safe" food they are eating right now.
The creator of the Self Aware Diet - Food Truck Recipe Book and Mobile Menu App, Austin, realized in November 2012 that he had a "Gluten" sensitivity and he started a Gluten Free Diet but those pesky life changing symptoms kept coming back. Taking a closer look at the ingredients of the food items he was eating, changed how he thought about the food he eat. Now he's written a book and mobile app to help others change their lives as he has launched this Kickstarter campaign to print and distribute this recipe book of your recipes converted to his diet and accompanying menu app.
When this campaign exceeds his funding goals, Austin will have designed and built the first ever Self Aware Diet Food Truck to be operated in Orlando, Florida. This first food truck will be the template model for all Self Aware Diet Food Trucks produced in the future.
