A Tulsa-based builder, Biltmore Homes has announced a development in Bristow, Oklahoma. A $3.15 million dollar residential project to begin construction of homes in 2015. The gated-community is the first new residential development to be built in Bristow in over 30 years.
Bristow, which is approximately 30 miles west of Tulsa on the Turner Turnpike, will be the site of the 18 lot, "Abraham Ridge" residential development. The homes being constructed will be in the $165,000 to $185,000 price range. Abraham Ridge is located at the corner of South Oak Street and East Harrison Street
The project is being represented by the Welcome Home Team at Private Label Realty. The Team consists of Lisa Goins, Danielle Sprik, and Kelli Conwell along with Biltmore Homes, plans to donate a portion of the profit from the sale of each home to Bristow's Social Services organization.
