The SGW820 Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Pre-applied Waterproof Membrane takes TPO homogeneous sheet as the main waterproof layer, and features a self-adhesive layer and an anti-stick protective layer on the material. Adopting a pre-application method, as well as hot air welding for lap joint edges, it does not need any additional layer or protective layer. As such, it is simply called TPO pre-applied waterproof membrane. After reaction and consolidation with liquid concrete slurry, the waterproof layer can form non-gap bonding with concrete structures, thus effectively improving the reliability of waterproof systems.

Green and environmental-friendly: There are no solvents or harmful additives in the formulation of thermoplastic polyolefin sheets and macromolecular self-adhesive layers. No harmful substances are emitted in the production, storage, transportation and application processes, and no pollution is caused to the environment

Good anti-bonding effect: The membrane can form permanent bonding with the post-cast concrete structure layer and its waterproof performance is not affected by substrate subsidence and deformation, thus improving the reliability of the waterproof layer.

Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion: Resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion, resistant to algae, mold and other microbial growth
Composed of thermoplastic polyolefin sheet and synthetic macromolecular hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, the product has excellent properties such as high tensile strength, high elongation, resistance to impact, tear and chemical corrosion and dimensional stability against thermal aging.

Plane construction
Clean substrate→ snap the line on substrate→ lay pre-applied anti-stick membrane → handle overlaps → treatment to details → cast protective layer of fine aggregate concrete (if necessary) → tie reinforced bars → cast concreteVertical construction
Install facade support → snap the line on substrate → lay pre-applied anti-stick membrane → fix membrane through auxiliary mechanical means→ handle overlaps → treatment to details → tie reinforced bars → cast concrete to vertical surface
Key points of construction
The membrane can be directly applied to a wet substrate without visible water, but the substrate should be flat, firm, and free of obvious ponding.
Hot air welding at lap joints: Clean the membrane welding area, and use an automatic welding machine (or hand-held welding gun) for hot air welding.
Transportation & Storage
During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately to avoid sunlight and rain, pay attention to ventilation, and the storage temperature should not be higher than 45℃. The horizontal storage height should not exceed five layers. Contact with acid, alkali, oil and organic solvents is prohibited.
Prevent inclining or cross-squeezing during transportation, and cover with felt cloth if necessary.
Under normal storage conditions, the storage period of the product is one year from the date of production.
