On January 20th, representatives of management and employees from subsidiaries nationwide gathered in Xinchang to reflect on the past, celebrate achievements, align their thoughts, set clear goals, and unite for the next journey.

Mr. Hu Baishan, Vice Chairman and President of NHU, delivered a work report that provided a comprehensive and objective review of the company’s achievements over the past year. The report also analyzed areas for improvements and challenges. It outlined the overall objectives for 2025, emphasizing the guiding principles of “accelerating overseas market expansion, enhancing innovation for development, improving management capabilities, and ensuring stable operations and risk prevention.” The report set the goal of “Globalized NHU” with a focus on speeding up international market expansion and fostering innovation. It stressed strengthening professional capabilities and core management as key supports, promoting strategic projects, improving collaboration, and preventing business risks. The ultimate goal is to succeed in the final phase of the 14th Five-Year Plan and establish a strong foundation for a successful start to the 15th Five-Year Plan. In response to the new year's objectives and tasks, the report outlined six key priorities:
