This generous act took place during his 5th Annual Christmas Toy Giveaway, a highly anticipated event that brings joy and support to underserved communities in Broward County.
The 5th Annual Toy Giveaway featured:
- Over 100 bicycles donated by Edward 40 Williams himself, and other toys, bringing smiles to many children’s faces.

Williams’ efforts in organizing the distribution of over $20 million worth of food throughout the year were also highlighted. He collected food from major retailers such as Publix, Winn-Dixie, Aldi, Wawa, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and others, dedicating his time, effort, and resources to ensure that families in need received essential support.
“2024 has been a record-setting year in book sales, which has allowed me to do even more for my community,” Williams shared. “Seeing the smiles on the faces of children receiving their new bikes and the gratitude from mothers receiving care packages is incredibly rewarding. It was not without its tough moments; life can be challenging, but it’s during those times you must look inward and find the courage, strength, perseverance, and tenacity to push through. The smiles of satisfaction are a reminder of why I do what I do.”
