USA VISA FOR SOUTH KOREAN CITIZENS
As part of the Visa Waiver Programme, South Korean individuals can apply for an ESTA, which stands for Electronic System for Travel Authorization. ESTA was established in 2009 to process data from visitors entering the US through the Visa Waiver Programme (VWP). The data is used to establish if a visitor poses a security or immigration risk to the United States. South Korean nationals with a valid ESTA can enter the United States for up to 90 days for tourism, business, transit, medical, or brief study purposes. If you intend to stay in the United States for longer than 90 days, you must apply for a B1 business visa or a B2 tourist visa. South Korean citizens can use an approved ESTA for multiple visits to the United States. An approved ESTA lasts two years or until the expiry date of your passport. If your ESTA expires, you will need to apply for a new permit. Citizens of South Korea can apply for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) visa from the comfort of their own home.

The US visa for Latvia is not optional; it is required for all Latvian citizens visiting the country for a short period of time. ESTA was created in 2009 to process data from travellers entering the United States through the Visa Waiver Programme (VWP). The information is used to determine if a visitor constitutes a security or immigration risk to the US. Latvia joined the Visa Waiver Programme in 2008, allowing Latvian citizens to apply for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) rather than the far more difficult procedure of applying for a US visa. An approved ESTA allows US citizens from Latvia to visit the United States for tourism, business, transit, medical, or brief study purposes for up to 90 days per visit. If you plan to stay in the United States longer than 90 days, you must apply for a B1 business visa or a B2 tourist visa. Latvian citizens can use one approved ESTA for multiple visits to the United States. The number of entries into the United States is unlimited. An approved ESTA is valid for two years or until the expiration date of your passport. If your ESTA expires, you will need to apply for a new permit. Once approved, a US ESTA is electronically linked to the applicant's passport. The application process is digital, the applicant does not have to come to an interview at the US Embassy. Filling out the online application form takes about 10 minutes.

2. Complete the Online Visa Application: Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application, is for temporary travel to the United States, and for K (fiancé(e)) visas. It is completed online. You will need to upload your photo while completing the online Form DS-160.
3. Schedule an Interview: All visa applicants, except certain age groups, need to schedule an interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate in the country where they live.
4. Prepare for Your Interview: You need to pay the nonrefundable visa application fee before your interview. You might also need to pay the visa issuance fee after your visa is approved. You should gather and prepare the following required documents before your visa interview:

- Transcripts, diplomas, degrees, or certificates from schools you attended
- Scores from tests that your U.S. school required, such as the TOEFL, SAT, GRE, or GMAT
- Your intent to depart the U.S. after your trip, and/or
