Orlando, Fla. - Lee & Associates Central Florida LLC, a locally owned and operated commercial real estate company, has been awarded the leasing assignment for on Airport Distribution Center Buildings I – XI and Airport Distribution Center North Buildings A – G. These two large industrial projects in SE Orlando, upon completion of Buildings F & G in ADC North, will total over 1.5 million square feet.

The awarding of the leasing assignment comes shortly after the announcement that Prologis and DCT entered into a merger agreement by which Prologis acquired DCT. The 71 million square feet of industrial assets and 440 acres of land, only deepens Prologis’ portfolio, and as a result, positions them as the largest industrial owner among landlords in the Orlando market with over 7 million square feet.
