Khajik has been operating Budget Blinds of Northridge for over two decades, and this year will be his 21st anniversary. While providing professional window services to the members of his community in the San Fernando Valley area, he has gotten to know many local residents personally. For this year’s anniversary, he decided to celebrate by extending much needed help to this community.
Khajik is quite concerned about the observable fact that many Americans are affected by cancer, and the number of new cases has risen this year. "Most people have friends and loved ones affected by cancer, and it is a battle that concerns millions of people all over the world. We wanted to take a proactive stance in being a part of that battle," said Khajik.
He decided to partner with the We Spark Center, because their programs offer emotional and physical support systems for those suffering through an extremely difficult time with cancer.
