Manish Pharasi who was born in Dehradun and spent his growing up years there, belonged to a typical Indian middle-class family. He completed his schooling from Cambrian Hall, which was one of the best schools of the Dehradun town. The credit for this goes to his parents who realized the potential benefit that could accrue of schooling in a good English medium school. After his schooling he cleared one of the toughest entrance exams in the world, IIT JEE, and joined IIT-BHU in the year 1991. From there he completed his electrical engineering in the year 1995 and joined Reliance Industries Ltd.
In this two years he got a wonderful opportunity to work on commissioning of 5 polyester plants at Hazira, Surat. After his two years working with Reliance, he joined full time MBA program at IBS Hyderabad and specialized in Finance and Systems. After passing out in 1999 he got into freelance consulting in the areas of Quality Management and Business Intelligence for some selected clients. Since then till now he worked in organization like Airtel, Agilent technologies, Genpact, Wipro, Aon Hewitt and Alight Solutions. He worked across the globe with clients and companies in all major continents. He also had two freelancing stints where he had the chance to experiment in Personal Excellence trainings and workshops including the ones under the umbrella of “Incredible U” leadership development and Personal Excellence.
The darkest phase of his life started in the year 2001 when global meltdown forced him to stop his freelance work and go for an orthodox job, but a person like him can never be barricaded with such obstacles and he learned to see the positive aspects of life during the darkest phase of his career. He overcame some of his biggest fears in life with his patience and perseverance. He controlled his temper to become much matured person with the help of his NLP techniques that is also one of the areas of his life coaching as well.
He has also authored five books during his career, his latest one “Unveil the Incredible You” is tied to his mission “Incredible U” that gives readers tried and tested life changing and highly practical principles. He conducted many programs on Personal Excellence and also talks on Innovation and Personal Excellence in MBA colleges, his own organization and at some other selected places based on invitations. His purpose is to add tremendous value to organizations by way of learnings and experience that he had in diverse fields like Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, Disruptive Innovation, Business Analytics, Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Neuroscience. He also designed workshops on “Innovation”, “Change Management”, “Defining a Vision”, Success Mindset Development”, “Become and Live your Incredible Versions every day” and so on.
His mission in life is thus to ignite that spark in individuals which would enable them to realize their own inherent power that they can use to become their Incredible versions.
