Eddie Stubbles talented rapper and co-founder of the record label Double Barrell Records is set to perform live on “The Pre Summer Party Explosion” organized by M.F.N set to take place on 4Th June. Eddie will go live with his new mix tape "GET MONEY OR SLEEP IN THE PARK" Hosted by DJ butter.
Born in Detroit, the talented rapper made his debut on the Detroit’s Most Wanted album titled “Ghetto drama” in 1991 after linking up with Motsi Ski one of the local rapper from the Detroit Most Wanted Group. To make it in the music industry, Eddie Stubbles listens and draw inspiration from artist such as Jay Z, Scarface and Rakim and in cooperation with Ski has opened up shows for artist such as Biggie Smalls, MC Breed, Above The Law and Too Short.
Double Barrell Records, founded in 2000 by Stubbles and Cousin Joseph “GOV” produced the Ultimate Rap Group “The Outfit” a group considered as a spin off chapter of the Detroit Most Wanted Group rap group because of the characters involved; Eddie, Motsi Ski and Slo Smiff. Successful, The debut Album featured Artist such as Tupac, B-legit, CPO and Yuk mouth and sold over 5000 unit.
The Pre Summer Party Explosion hosted by FOOLISH (Comedy Legend) is going to be a one in town event showcasing music, dance and comedy. The Event will Starr record groups Like Big Herk, The Outfit And Detroits Most Wanted and will Co Starr - Seven The General, Tiffany Blade, Shorty (All Grind No Luck), Mike Kelso, Onasis And More. Special invited guest includes J-Nutty, Awesome Dre, Taylor Boy Records, The Dab House, Boldy James, Kathy (Strictly Sportware), Wesley Valentine and BB’s Diner. Special sound by Dj butter and Dj Kings David and will take place at 1254 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI 48226.
