The Tennis Center at Crandon Park is a hardcourt that has been home to this tournament each year since it opened in 1985. Since the tournament was started, the men’s tournament has seen some of the greatest players of all time win it all including Ivan Lendl, Andre Agassi, Michael Chang, Pete Sampras, Thomas Muster, Roger Federer, Andy Roddick, and Nikolay Davydenko. Agassi holds the record for the most wins with 6, but Djokovic is not far away from tying that record. On the women’s side, stars like Martina Navratilova, Chris Evert, Steffi Graf, Venus Williams, Kim Clijsters, and Martina Hingis have all won titles, with Serena earning the most championships.
