Provo, Utah – Once again Arrowstorm Entertainment has succeeded with a crowd funding campaign for a fantasy feature film – “Mythica 2: The Dark Spore.”
The pre-purchase of the movie and other incentives by 1,382 fans make it possible for Arrowstorm to complete the post-production work of coloring, sound, music and special effects for the second film in the Mythica series. Even though the crowd funding campaign is over, the company says they have more to offer their fans.
“Even though we surpassed our goal, we are not done yet. We have some sweet stretch goals. So, don't miss your chance to be a part of this epic film. Plus, you'll get to see Matthew Mercer as Szorlok, our long-awaited villain,” said Jason Faller, Arrowstorm executive producer.
The first film in the series, “Mythica: A Quest for Heroes” is currently showing on CONtv, and is available from http://www.ArrowstormEntertainment.com, according to Arrowstorm producer Kynan Griffin.
“All of us over here at Arrowstorm just can't say thank our fans enough for coming back time after time to support our crowd funding projects. To our new new backers, welcome to the fold. Also, we want to give a big shout out to the folks at CONtv and Wizard World for helping to promote this campaign, and also to Kevin Sorbo for letting all his fans know about the Mythica series. Look for your rewards surveys coming ASAP from Backerkit. There will also be opportunities to upgrade or add rewards at that stage,” said Griffin.
The crew at Arrowstorm are already at work completing the work on Mythica 2 with the expectation that it will be ready before the year is over. Fans who backed the film on Kickstarter will be the first to receive copies, even before it is shown to the public.
