LAS VEGAS, NV - July 11, 2017 - Excellence Health Inc. and Insanabilis Research LLC. today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Excellence Health acquires Insanabilis, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing drugs for diseases without a current cure, for a total enterprise value of $460,000,000. The Boards of Directors of both companies have unanimously approved the merger.
"The acquisition of Insanabilis is expected to immediately accelerate revenue growth for Excellence Health,” said Luca Léon Jungbauer, Senior Officer for Licensing & Partnerships, Excellence Health. “The addition of Insanabilis will strengthen Excellence Health's drug portfolio and accelerate its pathway to a leadership position in drug acquisitions, as well as increase licensing of drugs to pharmaceutical companies for manufacturing and marketing. This transaction is another example of how we effectively reinvest our capital to grow Excellence Health and become a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking to strengthen our R&D to create more drugs for patients and healthcare providers.”
Insanabilis currently has 4 drugs under development as well as 2 other in early-stage research.
