Described as “an independent STEM best practice summit for teachers and school leadership teams”, the summit is “designed to provide a platform to practicing STEM Teachers, aspiring STEM teachers, school leadership teams and STEM-related service providers in this region to discuss and share best practices in K-12 STEM.”
The STEM Best Practice Summit – Dubai is expected to be attended by over 100 schools, and in excess of 300 teachers and school leadership teams, hailing from all across the UAE. During the summit, participants will have the opportunity to network with experienced STEM professionals, as well as with STEM innovators that have made significant contributions to their respective fields.
Invited speakers will expand on the importance of making the science, technology, engineering and mathematics learning process accessible and fun. Encouraging summit attendees to address shared challenges in STEM education, STEM Best Practice Summit speakers will promote the exchange of ideas, with the intent to dispense invaluable, applicable knowledge on the best practices in STEM teaching.
