SOUTHLAKE, Texas - October 20, 2026 - Southlake Bathroom Remodeling Company Modern Blu Remodeling just got another 5-star Google review from a homeowner after a beautiful bathroom remodel. The company is a kitchen and bath remodeler based in Flower Mound and serves Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Coppell, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Copper Canyon, Plano, and Frisco.
The review came from a recent bathroom remodel client, who wrote: "Liam and Jill were the best to work with. They made the entire process very easy and fast for us. The crew was very sweet, worked quickly, and constantly communicated with us. Can't thank yall enough!!! They did a beautiful job on our bathroom!"
Homeowners lean on reviews when they pick a remodeler. A bathroom job can mean weeks of work inside the home. Most people worry about three things: Will the crew show up? Will the job finish on time? Will the house be livable while it's going on? This review speaks to all three: speed, clear communication, and a crew the family was comfortable having in their home.
Numbers back this up. In BrightLocal's 2026 Local Consumer Review Survey of 1,002 U.S. adults, 97% said they read reviews for local businesses. In the same survey, 74% said reviews from the last three months matter most to them, and 68% said they will only use a business rated 4 stars or higher.
Modern Blu uses a different setup from most remodelers. The person who sells the project also is also the project manager and visits the job site regularly to ensure that all homeowner wishes are coming true for their bathroom remodel. That gives the homeowner one point of contact from the first meeting to the final walkthrough. The client named Liam and Jill in the review, which shows how this works in practice: the homeowner knew exactly who to talk to. Since 2019, Modern Blu has finished more than 1,500 kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
Homeowners in Southlake and North DFW can book a face-to-face bathroom design consultation and in-person estimate with Modern Blu Remodeling at their showroom at 5810 Long Prairie Rd. in Flower Mound, just a short drive from Southlake. The company also does kitchen remodels, whole-home remodels, and room additions, and it offers financing.
