Faith-Based Stage Play Returns to Atlanta for One-Day Performance March 22

ATLANTA, GA - The faith-centered stage production Daddy’s Home… But My Husband Ain’t! will return to the Atlanta area for a one-day performance on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at College Park Club Theater, 3413 Main Street, College Park, GA.

Written, directed, and produced by Deedria Chauntee, the production blends comedy and drama while addressing themes of marriage, forgiveness, family conflict, and spiritual restoration. The story follows a family forced to confront long-buried secrets as relationships are tested and healing becomes possible.

The show features Arrington Foster, known for his role as “Rio Duncan” on the BET and BET+ television series The Family Business. Foster joins a cast delivering emotionally driven performances designed to resonate with couples, church groups, and community audiences.

Since its debut, the production has staged performances in cities including Atlanta and Richmond, drawing audiences ranging from 400 to more than 600 attendees per show. Organizers say the play continues to build momentum across Southern markets as demand grows for faith-based theatrical experiences.

“This production was created to spark healing conversations in our communities,” said Chauntee. “Through humor and honest storytelling, we address real-life issues families face while reminding audiences that restoration is possible.”

Producers expect strong attendance from local ministries, women’s groups, couples, and community organizations seeking live entertainment centered on faith and family themes.
