The Royal Andalusian Riding School, located in Wellington, Florida, is dedicated to showcasing the magnificent Pure Spanish Horse (PRE) breed in the world of dressage and show. With a team of highly trained trainers, including Sandra Luebbe, a highly acclaimed FEI Trainer and USDF Gold medal rider, the school is making waves in the dressage community.
Luebbe, who studied at the Real Escuela Del Arte Ecuestre in Jerez, Spain, has achieved her own USDF Gold medal riding Grand Prix on an Andalusian stallion imported from Spain. She is also proud to have taken four riders to their gold medals with the United States Dressage Federation (USDF), boosting their careers and riding abilities.
Luebbe's dedication and expertise as a trainer have helped her students reach new heights in their riding careers. One of her students, whom she took to a gold medal with the United States Dressage Federation (USDF), is now a CDI rider in Grand Prix and has recently achieved a silver medal. Another student needed a second scoring GP horse to advance her career as a dressage judge. These successes demonstrate Luebbe's ability to help riders improve their riding skills and achieve their career aspirations in the world of dressage.
The PRE horse went from war horse to dressage and has become one of the most sought-after breeds for competition dressage for both amateur and professional riders. They are athletic, noble, majestic and intelligent. They are bred for collection, which makes higher levels of dressage easier for them; therefore, the higher the level, the better they compete in dressage,” said Leubee. “I am a proud advocate of the Pure Spanish Horse and am thrilled to show them in the world-class dressage arena up to Grand Prix. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for talented riders who wish to achieve and ride Grand Prix."
The school is now accepting new horses and riders dedicated to the PRE breed for training. With a few of their own schoolmasters available for clients to take lessons on, riders can experience the beauty and advanced skills of the PRE, including Passage, Piaffe, Half Pass, and Lead Changes, up to the Grand Prix level. The school has also assisted clients in finding their own PRE horses to continue their learning journey.
