Modern Martial Arts will host two Women’s Self-Defense Seminars benefiting Harbor Inc., a Johnston County organization dedicated to helping women and children who are victims of domestic violence.
Two Dates, Two Locations:
- Clayton – Saturday, September 6, 2025 @ 12:30 PM
- Garner – Saturday, September 13, 2025 @ 10:00 AM
All proceeds from these seminars will go directly to Harbor Shelter to support its mission of providing safety, shelter, and advocacy for women and children in crisis.
Who Can Attend?
Women ages 14 and up. No martial arts experience is required—this beginner-friendly seminar focuses on practical, real-world skills that anyone can use.
What You’ll Learn:
- Escapes from common grabs and holds
- How to break free and create distance
- Awareness and mindset strategies to stay safe
- Simple, effective moves to use in real situations
Participants will walk away with skills that could save their lives, and the confidence to know they can protect themselves.
