Lord of Darkness 2 is an action game centered on a basic competition system. Players’ limits will be challenged as they are pushed to constantly advance their enemy in battle. Players will play with four individual characters via a tag team system. The characters include Boxer, who has a strong will to win; Sword Man, who has all around power; Bomber, who has fury power; and the aptly-named Berserker, who is cruel. Each character is characterized by different graphically exciting visual elements.

The controls of Lord of Darkness 2 are simple with an intuitive UI touch screen system. Buttons on the screen will allow players to control character movements, what skill they will use, and whether or not they will attack the enemy. Actions are easy to control with a prompt system at the bottom guiding players through various skills.
In the game, players can collect special items and weaponry. There are over 25 types of special items and four types of weaponry available. These items help upgrade the tag team’s leader. The more players upgrade the leader, the more compensation they will receive in connecting the items they’ve collected. Players will also be able to acquire pets that have special abilities to help the game progress. For instance, one pet might acquire gold for the player during battle.
Lord of Darkness 2 keeps the action exciting with multiple stages with different themes. When players enter a special stage, they will be offered a special item. One stage, “Lord of Death,” is a play off match based on the number of deaths and the time spent on stage with the settled enemy. If players can make it through “Lord of Death,” they will be offered the Hall of Fame.
The mobile app will also feature special events every month, so game play is never exactly the same. These events are meant to maintain player interest, and help them achieve their goals in Lord of Darkness 2.
Lord of Darkness 2 is not a typical action game. It requires strategy via the tag team system and the right combination of upgrades. Pets and special events also help users advance in the game.
