Home Inspection Assistant app makes searching for a home a breeze
Epic Online Softwares LTD proudly announce the release of their innovative and helpful Home Inspection Assistant app - a free app that helps home buyers know what to look out for when buying a new home or to rent a house or apartment.
With this app, home buyers can find all the help they need from an expert real estate agent who will guide them in making the right home decisions. The Home Inspection Assistant app will provide tips for house inspection and send a checklist for home inspections as well as the process to go about this. This info can be sent to your email for later use and to compare homes.
If you are buying a home for the first time, this app can help you find the right fit with its preset questions. Users can start the app before arriving at the house and type the answers to the phone or use the phone mic to speak directly into the app (for phones that support Google dictation which is the much faster).
There are 66 questions along with tips in the full version, while the free has 28 questions. A new full version which will be part of the next planned patch will have a feature for taking pictures.
There are numerous red flags that can pop up while viewing a home: sometimes it’s the condition of the foundations, other times it’s the quality of the appliances. In order to help you, the app provides a quick checklist to assist you in buying a new home. This checklist is representative but not exhaustive.
