Urbix Resources CEO Adam Small has been named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 in energy. Small, who will be featured in the next issue of Forbes, was one of the co-founders of Urbix Resources in 2014.
In their introduction to this year’s nominees, Forbes congratulated their finalists. “This is the seventh installment of the project. Each year we highlight a group of upstarts, judged by our sources and judges, to be among the most promising individuals working across the broad field of anything even tangentially ‘energy’ related.”
Small has brought his passion for product development, renewable energy, and next-generation technologies to the energetic start-up based in Mesa, Arizona and Hermosillo, Mexico. A graduate of the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, Small has been following the graphene market as well as developments in the energy field since 2010.
Urbix Resources was founded in 2014 with the goal of creating radical change in the way natural graphite is refined and commercialized.
