Shannon Carlton’s personal mission statement is to use the voice God gave her to foster relationships that encourage, inspire and change the world. She is a single mother of two teenage daughters. Over the last ten years, she has worked with small publications representing small businesses and understands the entrepreneur mindset. In January of this year, she took a giant leap of faith and quit her job to become fully invested in commercial real estate and building a community of entrepreneur for a co-working space in Brandon. In both capacities as a commercial realtor for small businesses and owner of co-work landing, she seeks to run alongside her client to help them reach their goals and become the best version of themselves by providing collaboration, creative ideas and access to local professionals.
Cheryl Polote-Williamson is a transformational speaker, certified life coach, multi-bestselling author and visionary entrepreneur. As the founder and CEO of Cheryl PW Speaks LLC, she helps female entrepreneurs build businesses and personal relationships based on honesty, integrity and trust. Her ability as a speaker to encourage, captivate, empower audiences, along with her devotion to helping people walk out in their gifts has earned her numerous awards including the Chocolate Social Award for best online community, the Dallas Top 25 Award, and the Female Success Factor Award in 2016.
Angela Dieleone has excelled at all levels especially with a will to be different and one of the best in her field. After raising her family, she started getting more involved with her creative talent in business and entrepreneurship. Having love for teaching others, she shared her talents and grew her skills with every chance she could get, while traveling from state to state for shows and/or certifications from her favorite companies. Angela was offered a director position to open a resort Spa & Salon for a 4-star golf resort. Her clientele consists of Not to mention Directors, Authors, Fashion Designers, Judges, Opera singers, Entertainers and Models. Being a look expert and consulting with thousands over the years, Angela started speaking at corporate events, golf clubs and business schools.
Lennise Germany is a fashion-savvy mommy maven who loves to cook and is inspired by her family. “I’ve always been a food lover. I took to my grandmother’s homemaking skills; cooking became our quality personal time together.” After working in healthcare for over 15 years, Lennise decided to satisfy the burning desire to pursue her dreams. I am officially living my dream.
Jennifer Denita Capeheart-Meningall, Dr. Jenni as popularly called served as Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Prior to this position, she was the Vice President for Student Affairs at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. Her professional resume includes a variety of academic and administrative positions at various postsecondary institutions. Early in 1995, although in the midst of completing her doctoral work, was compelled to acknowledge God’s leading in dedicating more of her life and work to the ministry of preaching and teaching the Word of God. In 2013, Dr. Jenni founded Epiphany Leads, Inc., a Christian faith-based firm that offers services in personal, professional and organizational coaching and consulting.
Rhonda McDaniel, is the owner of A Caring Touch Skin Therapy in Brandon, and has been helping clients improve their self-image and build their self-esteem for over 12 years. Rhonda is a Licensed Clinical Aesthetician and Body Wrapper, Certified in Problematic Skin (such as: acne, hyper pigmentation, scarring and sun-damage), DNA Cryostems, Oncology Esthetics, and Body Contouring. Voted Best of Brandon and proud member of BNI Prosperity in Action, Associated Skincare Professional and Who’s Who of Executive Professionals. She gives back to the community by helping Two Men and a Truck collect for Movers for Moms and the Veterans every year. Rhonda is very passionate about her job and has helped hundreds of clients improve their acne, eliminate hyper pigmentation and scarring, and drop two or more pant or dress sizes.
Lisa Pulliam stepped out in faith to start a business in the direct sales industry and with a teachable spirit, a strong desire to succeed, and a supportive team, she achieved the leadership level of Executive Consultancy during the fourth year with her company. As Lisa’s marketing team and income grew, she was able to fulfill a dream of writing and publishing her first book called “Toes in the Sand, My Journey from Domestic Engineer to Entrepreneur”. Lisa’s message is to inspire women to step out in faith, face their fears, and become all they were created to be.
Connie Going, after spending over 25 years working in the Child Welfare System and tirelessly trying to change the system from within, I broke free. In my new-found freedom, I am determined to ensure the world does not just "accept" a broken system and that changes are made. My life has been forever changed by their resiliency and survival in a system that harmed them more than it helped them. Professional...what it's like to actually LIVE the talk. I would not choose to change my journey. I LIVE to inspire and support other families and children who are in the struggle and I shout to the world..."Giving up is not an option...So BRING IT ON ".

Pearl is the founder of Women's Successful Living, which launched in August 2016. She also established and owns Bodyworks Health & Wellness Center for 6 years. She has seen her clients lose more than an incredible 8,000 pounds. She has personally lost 57 pounds and maintained that success for the last eight years. Understanding that in order to give fully to others, we must take care of ourselves first is one of the motivating reasons for her launching Women's Successful Living.
Pearl is passionate about empowering the community to live a healthier and more comfortable life. She has mentored many women and given them lift in every area they have experienced struggles and difficulties. She has brought together tools & information that would help you improve your mind, body and soul.
