Sophia Segal, Lead Computer Systems Analyst was awarded the International Award of Excellence, recognizing her contribution, innovation and excellence on 20th March, 2017 and in recognition of her efforts in establishing the Center of Excellence (CoE) Requirements Programme, by creating and delivering a requirements management programme, which covers topics from understanding the fundamentals of the requirements, to eliciting requirements best practice.

This year achieved a new milestone with more than ten thousand entries, internationally. The editorial Board of Loblaws Forum – PM & Leader Media conferred its award upon recommendation by an esteemed jury to evaluate, initiatives impacted considerably on the North American enterprise.
Ranjeet Kalirai, serves as the Head Project Manager and jury panel executive at Loblaws Group incorporating Joe Fresh in North America, including Canada. Prior to this position, he served as Manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Bank, headquartered in Manhattan, US and at Royal Bank of Canada, International Capital Markets, Toronto and Swiss European Investment Bank USB. He said “This award is a source of great pride for our organisation, and Sophia is truly the representative of excellence that North America’s IT community has to offer.
Her contribution, included her years of published research in the Requirements Management field has had a tremendous impact on how we implement our IT business process today. Our company software Requirements process has been streamlined due to her Requirements including Risk research and process innovation, showing an increase in 26 percent cost efficiency, compared to last year and this is a critical achievement.
