The Best Small Business Accountants Award goes to Taj Accountants

Taj Accountants, an accountancy firm based in Whitechapel in East London, has received the prestigious ‘Best Small Business Accountants Award’ from the renowned Sunrise (Spectrum) Bangla radio station. The award was presented to mark Sunrise’s 23rd Anniversary on the 9th of April 2017 in a grand ceremony in the Brady Art Centre which is located in East London. Taj Accountants received this award due to their contribution to accounting and taxation services for small and medium sized businesses based in London and the surrounding areas.

Taj Accountants has grown considerably from humble beginnings to an enviable size based on the hundreds of clients in their portfolio. The firm caters for and has a good reputation with various business sectors such as the restaurant industry, IT, consultancy and motor trade. Mr Nurujjaman is equally active and driven in the community having won the London borough of Brent ‘Community Activist of the Year Award 2016-2017’, which he received earlier this year from the Mayor of Brent, Councillor Parvez Ahmed. This award recognised Mr Nurujjaman’s efforts in a variety of volunteer roles such as being the youngest ever elected director (director of international relations) in the history of BBCCI, a not-for profit organisation that promotes trade between the UK and Bangladesh. In addition, Mr Nurujjaman is deeply involved with charitable organisations such as the Human Relief Foundation, raising more than £60,000 in 2016 for Syrian refugees in an appeal that involved him trekking more than 90km along the Great Wall of China.
