ARTZREPUBLIC LAUNCHES INDIEGOGO TO MAKE A MOVIE ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Nonfiction Action Movie "Delay of the Dawn" Hopes to Influence how Parents Raise Children. "We only see the effects on the victims, their families and their abusers and on the tender bodies of a helpless and loving woman/child/man and yet never identify the root-causes or rather try to be serious in preventing them from happening," said Lee Kameron.

Jonesboro, GEORGIA - DEC 29, 2014 – Domestic violence knows no age group, class or race. And while visibly seen results of the crime show up in the evening news every day, the crime is still considered invisible. After 10 years of research, compilation and working behind the scenes, Artzrepublic - a strong team of young researchers, travel writers, journalists, artists and filmmakers — courtesy of the “JARMM foundation” (Journalists, Artists and Movie Makers' Foundation) and inspired by the book “Love for Life” by Lee Kameron, have written a nonfiction transformative action thriller and they have launched an IndieGoGo campaign to raise the funds to take this movie from written page to screen.

A sample scene from the movie has NANA rushing across a corridor, taking a short stair case and emerging into a dark basement parking lot. She tries to locate her vehicle without success, looking everywhere in fear. She presses the chip of the car keys when suddenly she sees the lights of her car blinking in the distance. Relieved, she runs towards her car and jumps into it. As she adjusts herself, she puts her seat-belt on and looks up into the rear view mirror when she sees JAJA standing at the center of her trunk looking her straight in the eyes. In a panic, she has lost her car keys. Her hands trembling she removes everything from her bag and throws things all over the car still not finding them. She removes her phone to dial 911 but realizes there is no network coverage in the basement...

It is Artzrepublic's hope that a donation to this campaign will make a difference in changing lives by stopping everyday families from doing what others consider unthinkable. Artzrepublic also hopes a donation will send a message that “filmmakers don't have to wait for someone else in order to tell the stories that matter. That they can do it themselves.

Angel investors helping fund Artzrepublic's DELAY OF THE DAWN - Domestic Violence Movie campaign to the next level will be eligible for perks such as thank yous, behind the scenes production updates, digital thank you certificates, pre-release digital copy of film, signed Blue Ray DVD copies of the film, songs and soundtrack digital downloads, signed movie poster, soft copies of Lee Kameron's book “Love for Life”, T-shirts and much much more.

Artzrepublic understands not everyone may be able to give money to help the DELAY OF THE DAWN - Domestic Violence Movie campaign, so they ask that those who cannot give monetarily help spread the word about the DELAY OF THE DAWN - Domestic Violence Movie project online through social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr or record a video challenge for Vine, Facebook or Instagram to invite friends to give to or share this IndieGoGo fundraiser.
